Dr. Dzung Dang introduced Australia's vocational education sector (TAFE) and many fundamental and comprehensive innovations in programs, curricula, teacher training, and international cooperation into Vietnam through close cooperation with the General Department of Vocational Education, Colleges and Universities.
Dr. Dzung and other experts from Japan, Spain and New Zealand participate in formulating the Human Resource Development Strategy for Vietnam Electricity - EVN every 8-10 years. The most outstanding accomplishment in recent years is the training and application Blue Ocean Strategy (BOS) thinking from low to high level for managers in many industries, such as electricity, aviation, to innovate and recreate for business, risk, and safety management. The concept of safety culture was developed by Dr. Dzung following international philosophy and practices, but adjusted in harmony with Vietnam's organizational culture, combined with the experience of digital transformation for businesses and organizations.
