Mr. Dang Duc Dung has played a pioneering role in introducing Australia’s TAFE vocational education system and numerous fundamental innovations in curriculum development, teaching materials, instructor training, and international collaboration into Vietnam through partnerships with the General Directorate of Vocational Education and Training as well as various colleges and universities.
Together with experts from Japan, Spain, and New Zealand, Mr. Dung has participated every 8–10 years in the development of Human Resource Development Strategies for Vietnam’s power sector. One of his most notable areas of expertise in recent years has been delivering Blue Ocean Strategy (BOS) mindset training across multiple organizational levels for management teams in industries such as power generation and aviation, supporting innovation in business transformation, risk management, and safety management.
Mr. Dung has also developed Safety Culture frameworks grounded in international philosophies and best practices while ensuring alignment with Vietnamese organizational culture. His approach integrates organizational transformation with practical experience in digital transformation implementation within enterprises and institutions.
With professional experience in the oil and gas industry, measurement and quality assurance, as well as academic research conducted at Niagara University, Mr. Dung possesses extensive capabilities in advising on operational models, corporate governance, and project management across a wide range of industries.
