Mr. Llewellan (LV) Vance is a senior strategic advisor specializing in AI, innovation, and technology ecosystem development, with over 18 years of international experience in digital strategy, product innovation, and organizational development. He currently serves as CEO of Asia Innovate Hub, where he leads strategic initiatives to strengthen innovation ecosystems, foster collaboration among enterprises, investors, and government organizations across Asia, and spearheads the development of the AI CoFounder Accelerate platform to drive growth for startups and SMEs.

Previously, he served as Head of Strategy at Huawei Applied Intelligence Office, where he led the Horizon Platform 2024 strategic program, advancing AI adoption across the ASEAN region. From 2022 to 2024, he was the Startup Ecosystem Lead at Huawei Spark, playing a key role in scaling the technology startup acceleration program from Asia to the global market, connecting more than 2,000 startups and supporting successful fundraising efforts worth tens of millions of USD.

Mr. Vance has also held management positions in the IoT sector at IoT.nxt, Vodacom, and XLink Communications. In addition, he has founded and led multiple technology ventures focused on IoT, clean energy, innovation ecosystems, and enterprise digital transformation.
