Mr. Llewellan (LV) Vance (AIH)

Mr. Llewellan (LV) Vance is a senior consultant in AI strategy, innovation, and technology ecosystems with over 18 years of international experience in digital strategy, product innovation, and enterprise transformation. He is currently the CEO of Asia Innovate Hub, where he leads innovation ecosystem development, connecting businesses, investors, and government organisations across the Asia–Pacific region. He has designed and delivered AI-enabled business acceleration programmes such as AI CoFounder Accelerate to support startups and SMEs. Previously, he served as Head of Strategy at Huawei Applied Intelligence Office and Startup Ecosystem Lead at Huawei Spark, where he helped expand the programme globally and worked with over 2,000 startups. His earlier career includes leadership roles in IoT and technology integration at IoT.nxt, Vodacom, and XLink Communications. LV is recognised for his strategic insight, ecosystem-building capability, and impactful work in AI adoption and enterprise innovation.
