Mr. Ha brings over 15 years of experience in software development, project management, and, in particular, digital product development within large-scale banking and financial institutions.
He has led and managed numerous enterprise-wide initiatives, including CRM implementation projects, banking digital transformation programs, and IT strategy development projects. Throughout his career, he has held diverse roles across IT functions, business operations units, and key strategic project teams, providing him with comprehensive cross-functional expertise. He also has extensive experience in building and leading Agile teams ranging from 15 to 50 members.
Currently, Mr. Ha serves as Director of Product Research and Development for the Digital Banking division at a major bank in Ho Chi Minh City. He is also the Project Director for several large-scale initiatives, including Digital Platform projects and Customer Loyalty System development programs. In this role, he directly oversees personnel management and product development for the bank’s Mobile Banking and Internet Banking systems serving both corporate and retail customers.
