Mr. Ha Nguyen

Mr. Ha has over 15 years of experience in software development, project management, and especially product development within large organizations in the banking and finance industry.

He has participated in and led numerous bank-wide projects, such as CRM implementation, digital transformation initiatives, and IT strategy development for banks. Mr. Ha has held various roles in IT departments, business units, and as a key member of project teams. He has extensive experience in building and leading teams of 15-50 members, working and developing under the Agile model.

Currently, Mr. Ha serves as the Director of Product Research and Development for Digital Banking at a major bank in Ho Chi Minh City. He also leads significant projects, including the Digital Platform project and the Customer Loyalty System Development project. He is directly responsible for team management and product development across all Mobile Banking and Internet Banking systems, serving both corporate and individual customers of the bank.
