With the background of a well-trained electrical engineer in Russia, Mr. Dzung has a remarkable amount of experience working in the power and energy industries as well as vocational training projects and training education quality enhancement programs for large organizations such as World Bank, ADB, Development Agency of France, Germany, Japan...
As a Project Manager, Mr. Dzung’s work involves consulting and managing large-scaled projects such as: Vocational Training Project sponsored by KfW VTP 2008, VTP 2010, VTP 2011, Dong Nai Green Center, AFD-sponsored high-quality Vocational Training Project, HANEL College Construction Project, Dong Nai University Upgrading Project, Phase 2 Higher Education Project, National University, Universities Technology and University of Natural Sciences, the College Training program is a cooperation between the South Australian Institute of Technology TAFE SA and the Hanoi University of Technology, the University of Technology in Ho Chi Minh City.
He has many years of experience working in research projects with IGES, UNESCO-AFD, JICA, CIDA, JBIC, human resource development projects for EVN within the framework of the Efficiency Improvement Project, renewable energy project at World Bank.
He also oversees investment consulting projects for Ta Thang, Ngoi Hut, Dakrung, Srepok 4, Tra Xom, Uong Bi Power Plants, a project connecting the power grids of the Mekong sub-region countries by ADB.
