Currently, he holds the position of HR Director at VH Edtech JSC – a leading online education startup in Vietnam with a workforce of 800 employees.
Throughout his career, Mr. Nguyen Van Bac has successfully implemented numerous significant projects, including the development of compensation and benefits policies, performance management systems (KPI, OKR), corporate culture enhancement, and advanced HR management platforms. Previously, he held key HR management roles at major companies such as TopCV, MB Ageas Life, and Bao Viet Group, where he contributed to improving operational efficiency, increasing workforce productivity, and fostering organizational innovation.
