Timothy Tan is a seasoned Learning and Development strategist with over 30 years of experience in designing and implementing large-scale learning programs for multinational organizations. He currently serves as an advisor and learning design specialist across Singapore, Australia, and Malaysia, focusing on translating organizational strategies into actionable outcomes through learning and development initiatives.

Timothy has worked across more than 18 countries with major organizations including Techcombank, Prudential, Standard Chartered, Hydro Tasmania, Procter & Gamble, and Visa. He has played a pivotal role in developing learning solutions, managing the training product lifecycle, and leveraging Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as SAP Litmos and SuccessFactors. He also possesses extensive experience in driving digital learning transformation initiatives and leadership capability development across organizations.

In addition, Timothy has led several major projects, including the establishment of Techcom University — the corporate university of Techcombank — the transformation of learning strategies at Standard Chartered, and the development of frontline leadership programs at Momentum Energy. He is recognized for his strong communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels, delivering impactful and practical learning solutions tailored to business needs.
