She has made significant contributions within multinational corporations and major enterprises, including Schmidt Vietnam Co., Ltd, where she worked for 10 years, Fujitsu for 7 years, and Techcombank and its banking ecosystem for 14 years. Throughout her career, she has held several strategic leadership positions, including Group HR Director, Senior Human Resources Advisor, and Senior Director of Strategic Policy, Performance, Rewards & Benefits, and Organizational Culture.
