Ms. Lynn Choa

Ms. Lynn Choa has over 20 years of experience in business operations across multinational corporations in the technology, industrial, and energy sectors. She has held senior leadership positions at Microsoft, where she led Customer & Field Advocacy and Deal Management Operations for Australia, India, and APAC. She later joined Infosys BPM – a global Microsoft partner – where she built and led multi-country operational teams. Prior to that, she spent five years at Shell Eastern Chemicals, managing business performance analysis for a 350 million USD portfolio across Asia and the Middle East, and also contributed to financial planning and commercial systems optimisation. Lynn began her career at Caterpillar Financial, where she supported credit development and market expansion in the Asia–Pacific region. She specialises in operations management, process optimisation, performance improvement, and cross-cultural team leadership, with a strong focus on strategic execution and sustainable business growth.
