Ms. Lynn Choa

Ms. Lynn Choa brings over 20 years of experience in enterprise operations across multinational corporations in the technology, industrial, and oil & gas sectors. She has held several senior management positions at Microsoft, where she led Customer & Field Advocacy programs and Deal Management operations across Australia, India, and the APAC region, before joining Infosys BPM — a global partner of Microsoft — to establish and lead multinational operations teams across four countries.

Prior to that, Ms. Lynn spent five years at Shell Eastern Chemicals, where she managed business performance analysis for a USD 350 million portfolio across Asia and the Middle East, while also overseeing financial planning and the optimization of commercial operating systems. She also worked at Caterpillar Financial, focusing on credit development and business expansion across the Asia-Pacific market.

Known for her pragmatic leadership style and results-oriented approach, Ms. Lynn specializes in operational management, change management, process reengineering, performance management, and multicultural team development. She places strong emphasis on organizational development initiatives that align operational excellence with people development and sustainable growth.
