Ms. Huong Nguyen brings over 20 years of experience as a human resources expert and executive across leading domestic and international organizations, including Ford Vietnam, FPT, Vingroup, British Council Vietnam, Vietnam International Bank (VIB), Talentnet, and VPBank. She possesses extensive expertise in human resource management, with particular specialization in core HR foundations such as job grading and career frameworks, compensation and benefits systems, KPI design, and performance management.
With deep knowledge of both local and international HR best practices, Ms. Huong specializes in developing and implementing modern HR systems tailored to the specific context and growth stages of Vietnamese organizations. Her work has helped businesses strengthen workforce capabilities and successfully attract and retain the talent necessary to support long-term operational and business growth strategies.
She has directly participated in and led major HR policy and organizational development projects in collaboration with experts from Hay Group, Mercer, Boston Consulting Group, and Commonwealth Bank of Australia.
Throughout her career, Ms. Huong has held several key leadership positions, including HR Director at Vincom Finance Company (VFG), HR Director at British Council Vietnam, Director of Rewards and Performance Management at Vietnam International Bank (VIB), and Director of Rewards, Performance Management, and Organizational Development at VPBank.
