With more than 20 years’ experience working as an expert and senior HR manager for various domestic and multinational organizations like Ford Vietnam, FPT, Vingroup, British Council Vietnam, VIB, Talentnet, VPBank, Ms. Huong Nguyen has nurtured intensive knowledge of general human resource management as well as HR platforms, including title and job ranking system, remuneration and compensation system, along with KPI and performance management.

Having gained a thorough understanding of people management practices in both domestic and international markets, Ms. Huong is an excellent expert in developing and applying modern human resource systems consistent with the situation and each development stage of each organization, allowing them to secure their human resources, successfully attract and retain talent for effective operational and business development strategies.

Ms. Huong has directly led and participated in HR platform and policy development projects with experts from Hay Group, Mercer, Boston Consulting Group, and CBA Australia. Her formerly held key positions include Human Resources Director of Vincom Finance Company (VFG); Human Resources Director - British Council Vietnam; Head of Remuneration and Performance Management – VIB Bank; Head of Remuneration, Performance Management, Organizational Development – VPBank.
