Dr. Du Nguyen has extensive experience in public management consulting, economics, and technology application in organizations, building on his foundational background as a Bachelor of Information Technology and subsequently as a PhD in Economics.
As the Director of the Public Management Training Program at UEH University, Mr. Du directly leads and manages various ministerial and university-level research projects. Notable projects under his leadership include research on inequality in access to healthcare services in Vietnam, digital transformation in the public sector, and the accessibility of public preschool education for migrant workers. Additionally, he has years of teaching experience at Ho Chi Minh City Open University, Vietnam Aviation Academy, and Hong Bang International University.
Beyond his academic endeavors, Mr. Du has engaged in corporate and international project consulting. He is currently a Senior Advisor and Freelance Consultant for corporate clients at Star Human Resources Development and Management Consultant Company Limited, specializing in digital transformation strategies and leadership. His past practical experience includes providing healthcare technology solutions—such as developing PACS, HIS, and RIS systems for hospitals and clinics—as well as serving as a market information specialist for the VAMIP Project, funded by the Canadian government.
Furthermore, his research portfolio comprises 27 published scientific works and articles. His research aligns with contemporary trends, focusing on the application of AI in the public sector, the impact of digital transformation on corporate ESG performance, and in-depth analyses of organizational behavior and the healthcare system in Vietnam.
