ESG Training for VPBank Human Resources: From Sustainable Mindset to Green Actions Across the Organization

Responding to this need, in December 2025 and January 2026, Star Consulting partnered with VPBank to design and deliver the training program “7 Green Habits – A Sustainable Journey Led by Human Resources,” tailored specifically for VPBank’s HR professionals and people managers. The program was developed based on the realities of Vietnamese enterprises, integrating international sustainability perspectives with VPBank’s unique organizational context.

The objective of the program goes beyond equipping participants with ESG knowledge; it aims to foster a holistic transformation from awareness and mindset to behavior and action commitment, embedding ESG into everyday human resource practices.
