One trip – multiple connections – and emerging “seeds” of collaboration

On March 21, 2026, Star Consulting had the opportunity to accompany the delegation from the Da Nang Innovation Startup Support Center (DISSC) on a working trip to Quang Ngai.

This was not merely a visit—it was truly a journey of ecosystem connection: bringing together government agencies, businesses, and research and innovation organizations.

One notable highlight was the “conductor” role played by the Da Nang Innovation Center in connecting localities through the “triple helix” model (Government – Enterprises – Academia).

The Center is not only facilitating connections but is also proactively “matching” these three stakeholders around concrete problem statements:

• Creating inter-regional collaboration spaces

• Activating real business challenges and bringing them into the innovation ecosystem
