Ms. Nguyen Thu Phuong

Ms. Phuong has over 20 years of experience serving as Human Resources Director and senior HR leader at major organizations within the banking and financial services sector. Beyond her extensive hands-on experience in managing core HR operations and deep understanding of applied HR models, she has held key leadership roles in the design and execution of effective human capital development strategies, encompassing workforce planning, talent and succession development, performance management systems, the cultivation of a strong and high-performing organizational culture, and the training and capability development of employees at all levels.

She has also accumulated substantial experience in project management, leading and delivering high-impact strategic HR initiatives that contribute directly to the organization’s long-term and sustainable growth.

Over the past two decades, Ms. Phuong has worked with leading organizations in Vietnam, including Habubank, Techcombank, VPBank, MB Ageas Life Insurance, Vingroup, and has extensive experience collaborating with top international experts from global consulting firms such as McKinsey, Hay Group, KPMG, and PwC.
