Mr. Dzung Dang Huu is a leading expert in human resource management with over 25 years of experience. Currently, he holds the position of Director of Human Resource Management Division at NCB Bank (National Citizen Bank), where he has led and implemented numerous strategic projects, including developing HR strategies, organizational design, KPI systems, and competency-based training frameworks.

Mr. Dzung possesses a strong academic foundation with a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from AKAMAI University (USA), along with Bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration and French.
