Ms. Ngan Ha Dang

Ms. Ha has nearly 10 years of experience in Education, Talent Management, and Organizational Development, having worked with multinational corporations and leading financial institutions, including Apollo Education and Training Organization, Carlsberg Vietnam, VPBank, and companies within the aviation ecosystem.

Throughout her career, she has successfully led and implemented a wide range of strategic initiatives and talent management programs, including succession planning, workforce segmentation and identification of critical roles and key talents, leadership and management development programs, graduate recruitment and young talent development initiatives, organizational knowledge management consulting, soft skills training for university students, and organizational restructuring projects within the aviation sector.

Ms. Ha has also been actively involved in developing core competency frameworks, functional competency frameworks, and employee competency assessment systems. She has led digital transformation initiatives aimed at enhancing employee experience, including the development of automated competency assessment systems and employee engagement programs. In addition, she has successfully delivered projects related to organizational culture, employee recognition and reward programs, safety culture enhancement, corporate social responsibility training, innovation mindset development, safety management systems, and the standardization and capability development of internal trainers within the aviation industry.
