Ms. Mai Huyen An

Consulting and Project Management Expert

Bachelor’s Degree in International Economics, Foreign Trade University, Hanoi

Ms. Mai Huyen An is a consulting and project management expert with extensive hands-on experience in education and organizational capability development, particularly in risk management, safety culture, and operational efficiency optimization for aviation enterprises. Over the past two years, she has been actively involved in advising, designing, and delivering large-scale programs for organizations within the Vietnam Airlines ecosystem, as well as other aviation companies in Vietnam.

As the lead project manager and coordinator for long-term risk management capability development initiatives at Vietnam Airlines Group, she oversees the entire project lifecycle—from designing training programs on risk management and operational safety, organizing safety culture surveys for pilots, cabin crew, and ground staff, to developing methodologies and directly conducting assessments on safety culture maturity and digital transformation in safety management. Through these initiatives, she supports organizations in strengthening their risk management systems, reinforcing safety culture foundations, and enhancing operational performance.

In addition to Vietnam Airlines, Ms. Mai An has collaborated with key industry players such as SKYPEC, VALC, Pacific Airlines, Bamboo Airways, and VASCO in delivering specialized training and advisory programs on risk management, safety culture, frontline leadership development, and operational process improvement. She has also organized and led industry-focused study tours in Singapore and China, connecting organizations with advanced operational models and enabling practical learning, benchmarking, and capability development aligned with real business needs.

Beyond the aviation sector, she possesses a strong foundation in general education. She previously held roles in academic management and led English skill development summer programs, where she was responsible for curriculum design, teaching coordination, and quality assurance for K–12 students. This experience serves as a solid foundation for her current work in career guidance and skills development programs at Star Consulting, where she collaborates with schools, parents, and students to build comprehensive, practical, and sustainable development pathways.
