Ms. Hien Duong

Ms. Hien holds a Bachelor’s qualification in Education (State-recognized Educator – Staatlich anerkannte Erzieherin) from Mosaik – Fachschule für Sozialpädagogik in Berlin, Germany, and a Certificate as an Integration Education Specialist (Fachkraft für Integration) from bbw Akademie, Berlin.

With over 10 years of experience as an inclusive education teacher at Jugend- und Sozialwerk Berlin–Brandenburg (JuS), Germany, her work focuses on socio-educational support, teaching, and care within institutions serving children, adolescents, and young adults. She is skilled in designing, implementing, and evaluating individualized interventions to support inclusion and integration for individuals with special needs.

Her role includes planning and assessing educational and care programs grounded in theoretical frameworks, leveraging a strong foundation in pedagogy, psychology, and sociology to enhance participation and engagement.

In 2011, she was awarded a scholarship under the BMBF–DAAD program.
