Ms. Phuong Nguyen

Ms. Phuong has over 20 years of experience working as a Human Resources Director and senior HR manager at large organizations in the banking and finance industry.

Apart from having intensive experience in general human resources operations and understanding of application models in people management activities, Ms. Phuong has also held key positions in building and implementing effective development strategies in the areas of workforce planning and talent development, leadership succession planning, developing employee performance management system, strengthening robust and effective organizational culture, training and developing human capabilities at all levels.

She has accumulated significant experience in project management, leading the implementation of strategic HR initiatives with great impacts on organizational sustainable development.

Over the past 20 years, she has worked at large organizations in Vietnam including Habubank, Techcombank, VPBank, MB Ageas Life Insurance Company, Vingroup and has been accustomed to working with international experts from large consulting groups such as McKinsey, HayGroup, KPMG, PwC….
