Ms. Phuong brings over 20 years of experience serving as an HR Director and senior HR leader within major organizations in the banking and financial services sector. Beyond her extensive expertise in HR operations, she possesses a strong understanding of modern HR models and has held key roles in designing and executing effective human capital strategies.
Her areas of expertise include workforce planning, talent development, succession planning, performance management systems, building strong and high-performing organizational cultures, and designing comprehensive learning and development programs across all levels of the organization.
Ms. Phuong also has significant experience in project management, having led the implementation of strategic HR initiatives that deliver long-term impact on organizational sustainability and growth.
Over the past two decades, she has worked with leading organizations in Vietnam, including Habubank, Techcombank, VPBank, MB Ageas Life Insurance, and Vingroup. She has also collaborated closely with top international consultants from leading global advisory firms such as McKinsey, Hay Group, KPMG, and PwC.
