With over 20 years of experience across government agencies, international organizations, and the banking and financial sectors, Ms. Thuy is a distinguished expert in driving organizational excellence and growth. She has held multiple senior leadership roles, including Board Member, Chief Human Resources Officer, Director of Learning & Development, Chief Customer & Experience Officer, Director of Sustainability, and Chief Executive Officer.

She brings deep expertise in designing transformation strategies, market expansion, customer engagement enhancement, and leadership and sustainable culture development. Her track record demonstrates a strong ability to lead complex change initiatives, aligning operations with strategic objectives to deliver sustainable and impactful outcomes.

Ms. Thuy has successfully led numerous large-scale transformation projects, including customer experience transformation, financial investment market expansion strategies—introducing the “investment for all” approach—digital transformation from front-end customer engagement to operational excellence, leadership development for agile organizational transformation, and operational process automation to drive inward-out growth.
