Ms. Trinh Tran (Tracy)

With nearly 15 years of experience in legal and compliance across the Asia–Pacific markets, Tracy brings deep cross-disciplinary expertise to compliance consulting. She holds a bachelor’s degree in law from Japan and a Master of Laws in Life Sciences (MSLL) from the United States, a combination that anchors her strong international perspective and specialized understanding of the regulatory landscape for pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and healthcare-related businesses.

Her career spans both top-tier consulting and senior in-house roles. She began as a legal consultant with Big Four firms, advising foreign investors on legal structuring, regulatory requirements, and operational compliance. Transitioning in-house nearly a decade ago, she has supported major trading, manufacturing, and medical device companies, where she led a broad portfolio covering contracts, corporate legal matters, dispute resolution, investigations, compliance trainings and endto-end compliance management.

During her four years in the medical devices sector, she developed and implemented comprehensive compliance programs, including policies, systems, and procedures designed to manage legal and compliance risks and safeguard corporate value. She provided strategic legal and compliance guidance to management and business teams, created and delivered training to enhance compliance culture, monitored third-party risks—including conducting due diligence reviews—, and oversaw compliance assessments, improvement plans, and pre-approval of business activities.

Ms Trinh has played roles as Founders and Directors of some companies where she combines her legal, operational insight, and life sciences specialization to help clients build practical, risk-sensitive, and sustainable compliance frameworks that support long-term business growth.
